Return Policy

We strive to create the highest quality equine products on the market. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, we will accept returns of unused products within 30 days of ship date. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the product is used, a photo will need to be submitted in return email of the remaining product and is subject to approval. If approved, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Once return is received and evaluated, a confirmation email will be sent and your refund will be sent within 7 business days.
